Yü Group PLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support payroll and employee relations from our city centre office in Leicester. You will manage payroll administration, right-to-work checks, sponsorship/immigration compliance, and HR data reporting using PeopleHR.
The role requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide managers on policy and regulatory requirements. A CIPD-equivalent is desirable but not essential.
