Plum Personnel is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a busy Warehouse & Logistics operation near Nottingham. The role is hybrid, reporting into Europe, with KPIs, reports and involvement in group projects.
You will coach managers, handle HR advice and support recruitment and workforce planning in a rapid environment. The ideal candidate has HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and the ability to influence at all levels.
