Location:

Leicester city centre, office based. Full-time, permanent. Pay: £35,000 to £42,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission.

You'll bring real recruitment experience and the mindset of a top biller to set the standard on a 360 desk, and the people around you will learn from how you work. You'll be responsible for the Senior Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Consultants on your desk, though it isn't a line management role.

What you'll be doing

Run a 360 desk to a high standard, winning new clients and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Be the expert in your sector: advise colleagues and clients, and handle the more complex accounts.

Be responsible for the Senior Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Consultants on your desk: guide their work, check calls, candidate management and client work, and help them reach their targets.

Keep client retention and the quality of placements high.

Keep compliance and records fully in order, and share what you learn from clients and candidates with the Managing Consultants.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years in agency recruitment, with a strong billing record and a track record of building and keeping client relationships.

The mindset of a top biller: you set high standards for yourself, take ownership of your performance and deliver consistent results, not just the occasional big month.

You lead by example and stay resilient when things get difficult.

You enjoy helping others improve and can raise the standard of the people around you without managing them directly.

Competitive, commercially minded and motivated by results.

What's on offer

£35,000 to £42,000 basic salary, with where you sit in the band based on your experience and performance.
