Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence, managing our digital assets, and enhancing our brand visibility across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include activities to promote our website, engage audiences on social media, and create impactful publicity for new store openings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimise the company website, ensuring it reflects current promotions, product offerings, and a seamless user experience.
- Plan and execute social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to engage and grow our online community.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content aligning with brand messaging and promotions.
- Support the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to new store openings, seasonal trends and events, offers, customer engagement and increasing brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital capabilities and efficiencies.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role covering website and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, email marketing and digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and across teams.
- Good problem-solving skills.
