Technical Service Operator

We are recruiting a permanent Engineer / Technical Service Operator to support automated healthcare systems within hospital environments. This is a hands-on role combining installation, maintenance, and technical support of advanced equipment used in patient care. Youll be part of a specialist team ensuring systems are installed correctly, maintained proactively, and supported efficiently day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities Installation & Implementation Install and configure automated systems in hospital settings Calibrate, test, and support systems through go-live Work to project plans and timelines during implementations Technical Support & Maintenance Provide daily technical support for automated equipment Carry out preventative maintenance and system checks Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults Ensure systems meet agreed service levels (SLAs) Maintain accurate technical and operational records Build strong working relationships with clinical and technical teams
