In this role, you will help plan, organize and leadrelevantcriticalaspects of the delivery of the European
IT Systemsstrategyfor the Global Sales Group.
You will work with expert colleagues across the organization to help implement these projects, providing leadership and a strategic view on how these measures will impact the business.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Accountable &Responsibleforelementsofthe European World Area IT groups and functions, to ensurethe deliverables and quality of work on projects and day to day support.
- Ensuringrelevantproject priorities are aligned with the European Leadership Team.
- Represent Europe atrelevant global IT Portfolio and project steeringgroupsas necessary.
- Leading the coordination of therelevant/assignedproject visioning, planning and delivery for the European IT,Salesand Finance Operations group.
- Working with the European IT Business Systems Director to developa strategic program of projects/initiatives.
- Delivering relevant actions related to the rollout/upgradeof Oracle and other system changes.
- Responsible for communications, includingdemonstratingthe value added as part of the relevantprograms.
- Ensure consistent best in class service levelsfor all services delivered by the Group.
- Control therelevant
IT systems/projectsbudgetsand POR (Actual vs Planned, Directand Allocated Costs).

ForThis Role, You Will Need:
- Completed higher education (University degree).
- Extensive experience in leading and developing international application teams, to deliver projects.
- Proven ability to operate at a senior level, building trusted relationships in dynamic, change-driven environments.
- Experience in negotiating/managing suppliers and third-party providers.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP.
- Broad knowledge of business strategies, systems, and project management methodologies.
- Functional and technical skills in finance, focusing on business applications and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English (business standard).
- Experience working in multi-business unit European organizations, ideally within manufacturing, sales, and engineering sectors.
- Previous experience in working within matrix environments, motivating diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Willingness to travel within Europe, occasionally (10%).
