Lead Data Scientist - Marketing Science Leicester, UK (Hybrid) Up to £75,000 DOE iO Associates are aligned with one of the UK's most recognised and fast-scaling retail powerhouses, operating at significant scale within a highly data-driven eCommerce environment where analytics directly shapes commercial performance. This role will lead advanced marketing science initiatives, delivering machine learning and causal analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end marketing data science projects Build MMM, attribution and customer lifecycle models Design and run experiments and causal analysis Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy Mentor data scientists and uphold best practice Requirements:
Strong applied data science experience with leadership exposure Expertise in marketing analytics and experimental design Proficiency in Python and SQL (R/PySpark desirable) Solid grounding in ML, statistics and econometrics
