This is a chance to take ownership of a critical Atlassian environment within a fast-moving, security-focused organisation. You’ll play a key role in how teams collaborate, deliver work, and continuously improve the way they operate.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Owning and enhancing the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Product Discovery.
  • Designing and improving workflows, custom fields, screens and automation to support how teams really work.
  • Building meaningful reports, dashboards and plans that give teams visibility and control.
  • Advising project and delivery teams on best practice use of Atlassian tools.
  • Managing users, permissions and governance across the platform.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency through smarter configuration and automation.
  • Collaborating across the organisation to introduce new features, add-ons and integrations that streamline delivery.
Main Skills Needed:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management in a cloud environment.
  • Confidence in creating and managing workflows, automation rules and handling failures.
  • Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and service management schemas.
  • Ability to troubleshoot using Atlassian logs and apply practical fixes.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, detail-focused mindset.
