We're looking for a client-facing Engagement Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of three parallel agile squads
, driving day‑to‑day delivery for a high‑profile programme in the Warrington area
.
- Leading multiple agile squads as a hands‑on Scrum Master
- Acting as the primary client interface
, owning delivery, cadence and outcomes - Driving Power BI delivery into live production environments
- Leading mixed, cross‑functional agile teams (onshore/offshore)
- Proven agile delivery / scrum mastery in complex environments
- Strong client‑facing engagement management experience
- Hands‑on Power BI delivery experience (end‑to‑end, not just dashboards)
- SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC clearance
- Comfortable working on‑site 3‑4 days per week (4 ideal)
- Immediate start
- Inside IR35
- Open to contract or permanent candidates
