Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our delivery team in Knutsford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
• Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Promote continuous improvement and team self-organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with 3–5 years as a Scrum Master
• Strong hands‐on experience with Scrum, Agile, SAFe methodologies
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence
  , or similar Agile tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Preferred):

• Agile or Lean certifications are a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)
• Exposure to large-scale Agile transformations
