• Lead Engineering, Automation & QA teams across client and internal projects.
• Build and evolve automation frameworks and products.
• Define automation strategies, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Oversee testing across SCA, UI, API, Performance, Accessibility & CI/CD.
• Evaluate and introduce new AI and automation tech.
• Manage POCs, demos, and technical showcases.
• Support bids and client demos; build strong tool‑vendor partnerships.

• Experience leading QA, automation, and/or development teams.
• Strong expertise with Test Automation frameworks
• Experience in React, Java or .NET.
• Proven automation delivery within Azure/AWS CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI within QA and automation.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Collaborative, innovative leadership style.
• Degree in computer science/engineering (preferred).
