Join the Team Powering the Future of Rural Connectivity
Are you ready to lead from the front in a role that truly makes a difference? At Wessex Internet, we’re not just laying cables—we’re transforming lives by bringing full fibre broadband to some of the UK’s most underserved rural communities.
As an award-winning, fast-growing broadband provider, we design, build, and manage our own full fibre network. Having recently been named Fibre Provider of the Year 2023, we’ve doubled in size over the past 18 months—and we’re just getting started. With expansion into the New Forest, Wiltshire, and South & West Dorset, now’s the perfect time to join us.
We're passionate about delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and fast, effective responses to technical and network issues are central to that promise. That’s where you come in.
As Network Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping our operational approach to network management. This is a key role in which you'll define and implement the systems, processes, and strategies that keep our growing network running smoothly—all while empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.

- Strong track record in operational leadership, performance management, and service delivery.
- In-depth understanding of data connectivity products and multi-vendor environments.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- UK driving licence required.
- Qualifications in network/security (CISSP, CCNA/P).
- Experience with ITIL or eTOM frameworks.
- Background in Change Management.
