Our client needs an immediate-impact ERP Support Contractor to step in while a team member is on long‑term leave.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go‑to ERP expert handling:
✔️ Report requests
✔️ Process reviews
✔️ Testing improvements
✔️ Control desk activities
✔️ Form/layout updates
✔️ Workflow queries
✔️ Liaising directly with the Intact
IQ vendor
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience with Intact
IQ (essential)
Confident supporting users & improving processes
Able to collaborate with the vendor and internal teams
Ideally based near Leicester and able to work on site
Remote considered if you can be onsite for the first week or two for onboarding
The deal
Inside IR35
8 weeks initially, with strong potential to extend
