At IRIS, we’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Marketing Analytics Lead to own our performance reporting, attribution, dashboards and funnel insight across the full marketing engine 💥

• 📈 Building reporting frameworks across digital, events, ABM, content + partners
• 📊 Creating dashboards to track leads, pipeline, conversion + ROI end-to-end
• 🔗 Connecting marketing activity to pipeline + bookings (Marketo + Salesforce + BI)
• 🎯 Running multi-touch attribution + optimising spend based on performance insights
• 🧠 Translating data into storytelling for QBRs, exec updates + decision-making
• 🤝 Partnering across Marketing, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Finance + Customer Success

• 💡 7+ years in Marketing Analytics / Marketing Ops / Rev Ops
• 🔍 Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics + attribution models
• 🧰 Confident working with Salesforce, Marketo + BI tools (Power BI / Looker / Tableau etc.)
• 🗣️ Brilliant communicator — can turn insights into action (not just charts!)
• 🔐 Knowledge of GDPR / marketing data compliance
• ⭐ Bonus points if you’ve worked with GA4, ABM platforms (Demandbase / 6sense), or data pipelines like Fivetran/Boomi!
