Please note this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain Security Clearance, up to SC level.

• Work with the delivery and services teams and client QA, change and Release Management to facilitate the timely promotion of platform changes through shared testing environments and into production.
• Engage with client portfolio and enterprise change and release governance teams to and tenant organisations to schedule environment access and QA/Testing.
• Support delivery teams in preparing necessary documentation.
• Help to define and maintain the Forward Schedule of Change.
• Work with Tech Leads, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters and engineers.
• Provide analysis of process bottlenecks and constraints.
• Suggest measures to improve predictability of releases.
• Provide reporting to client stakeholders, including tenants on rates of adoption of released platform features.

• Familiar with managing releases into large public sector enterprise cloud platforms.
• Understand cloud platform development and support.
• Relevant AWS certification.
• Quality Assurance and Dev Ops development practices.
• This is very much a player-manager role. Short term value will come from taking the co-ordination workload off the existing team. Medium to long term value will come from improving delivery practices and negotiating adjustments to external processes to decrease cycle times.
