Due to expansion and increasing workload we are looking for a friendly and motivated Client Support Advisorto join our team, previous experience is not required as we will provide all of the training necessary for you to succeed and progress.
The position is based in our chemistry & microbiology laboratories division, located at the Leicester City centre laboratory.
Client Support Advisor duties and responsibilities will include:- Answering incoming calls from clients & suppliers
- Conduct outbound calls to clients providing various updates/information
- Manage client queries through to completion
- Liaise with the Technical and Operational Teams
- Arrange sample container deliveries and sample pick ups
- Pack and ship sample container order requests
- Draft and issue client reports
- Assist with end of month invoicing/accounts duties
- Perform administrative duties including digital conversion of paperwork (scanning)
- Ensure all reports/records are stored and retained appropriately
- Follow all procedural requirements set out by the ISO
17025 QMS - Provide occasional emergency cover for collection drivers (Driving licence required)
Role Requirements:
- Very good oral, written and numeracy skills
- GCSE grade C or above in maths and science (or equivalent)
- Highly Computer literate (MS Office Applications)
- Previous work experience within a technical administrative role would be advantageous
At CTS we offer a career not just a job. In your first six months you will develop your skills in the role to become fully proficient in a wide range of tasks. On successfully passing your 6-month probationary period, you will automatically progress to Level 2.
Once at Level two, your skills and knowledge will grow further and at this stage the accounts and invoicing side of the role will be fully introduced into your daily tasks. Within around 12 - 18 months your next step is Level 3 and from there you will continue to progress and grow adding new competencies to your now very impressive knowledge as well as your ability to support our clients.
The speed at which you progress is ultimately down to you and how you apply yourself in the role.
