* Job Description:

*** Deliver technical assistance to employees through multiple channels including face-to-face interactions, telephone support, email communication, and remote access tools under close supervision.
* Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including notification instructions and knowledge base articles.
* Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing a variety of systems, network, hardware, and software problems.
* Resolve basic hardware and software issues based on established guidelines.
* Rely on oversight from more senior team members to ensure technical support operations align with business objectives.

* Job Qualifications:

*** Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, and network systems troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
* Understanding of information security principles and standards.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
* Customer service orientation with a focus on resolving user issues.
* Adaptability to learn and work with evolving technologies and systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.#LI-BH1#LI-hybrid
