Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday
Up to £400 per day
We’re recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst to join a fast-paced Leicester based company on a 3-month contract. This Data Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume data, identifying trends, and turning insight into meaningful operational improvements.
This Data Analyst position will focus on real-time monitoring, forecasting and analysing customer contact trends across calls, emails and case management activity. You’ll also support CRM optimisation within Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping improve how customer interactions are managed and reported.
Working as a Data Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with operational leaders, customer experience teams and technical stakeholders to deliver clear, insight-led recommendations that improve service performance and decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Analyst, you’ll monitor real-time customer contact volumes, call/email traffic and operational performance
Analyse historical case data to identify trends, themes and customer behaviours as a Data Analyst
Produce short-term forecasts to support demand planning and resource decisions
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insight to improve customer journeys in your Data Analyst role
Support CRM optimisation within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows and case management
Present findings to stakeholders to support operational decision making as a Data Analyst
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Data Analyst, Real Time Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role
Strong background working within a contact centre or customer operations environment
Experience analysing high-volume customer interaction data (calls, emails, cases)
Confident using Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a customer service setting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insight
Confident communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders
