About the Job

The Project Manager will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, system integrators, and site leadership to deliver projects that improve operational efficiency, standardization, compliance, and scalability across the enterprise.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP‑related projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
  • Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and migration programs.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and IS.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependency tracking.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align solution design with operational needs.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
  • Manage third‑party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
  • Ensure alignment with validation, compliance, cybersecurity, and change management requirements within regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, training, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities.
  • Promote process standardization and adoption of ERP best practices across global sites.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP or enterprise application initiatives.
  • Experience managing projects within Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar systems.

For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday). After that period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days per week.
