Senior Data Administrator

Leicester

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

Permanent, full‑time

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

We are recruiting a Senior Data Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation based in Leicester. This role supports high‑quality data, identifies commercial opportunities and ensures internal teams have accurate, relevant information.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in energy, utilities or a similar data‑driven commercial environment
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and data‑management tools
  • Previous experience in a data analysis, lead qualification or commercial support role
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Review, qualify and maintain customer and prospect data to ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Analyse large volumes of data to identify genuine commercial opportunities
  • Review existing data to identify potential opportunities based on customer information, activity and relevant commercial criteria
  • Use internal systems and external tools to validate key customer and account information
  • Work closely with internal commercial teams to ensure accurate and relevant opportunities are distributed efficiently
  • Maintain excellent CRM data quality by updating records, removing duplicate information and ensuring data remains accurate
  • Identify trends, gaps and opportunities within existing data to improve data quality and commercial performance
  • Support the ongoing development of data management and opportunity identification processes
  • Ensure relevant opportunities are identified and managed effectively to support the wider commercial team
Requirements
  • Highly organised, analytical and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in working with data and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Confident working independently and managing large volumes of information
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with internal teams
  • Take pride in producing accurate work and maintaining high-quality data
