Primark’s Digital Team is seeking a CRM Analytics & Insight Analyst to transform customer data into actionable insights that drive CRM performance and business growth. You’ll deliver reporting, dashboards, and campaign evaluations while collaborating with CRM, Marketing, Digital, Data, and Technology teams.
You’ll develop audience understanding, inform segmentation, and optimise targeting across campaigns, using SQL, GA4, Tableau, and Power BI.
