BT Group is seeking a Service Management Analyst in Exeter to support the Devon and Cornwall Police Managed ICT Contract. You will coordinate Incidents and Service Requests, manage Change, Asset and Configuration records, and contribute to reporting and knowledge management to maintain ISO standards.
In this role you will work with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding, KPI/SLA reporting, and continuous service improvement across the contract.
