Alcidion Corp. is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join our UK support team. You will provide technical and functional support across the Alcidion product suite, triaging incidents and resolving them within SLAs in healthcare environments, including EPR systems.
You will work with a collaborative team to document incidents, escalate where needed, and contribute to continuous service improvement while supporting our FHIR-based platforms across NHS Trusts.
