Benchmark Capital Limited is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide first and second-line support to colleagues across Benchmark and the wider group. You will support end users, devices, applications and infrastructure to maintain a secure, reliable technology environment.
You will act as the first point of contact, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and assist with onboarding new starters and acquisitions, while maintaining high customer service standards.
