Salesforce Analyst & Administrator
A fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce Analyst & Administrator to join an established technology company that delivers secure software solutions to a global customer base. This role will see you take ownership of the Salesforce platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise processes, improve automation, and ensure the CRM environment continues to support both current and future business needs.
You will play a key role in platform strategy, administration, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Location: Leicestershire - public transport options from Leicester, Market Harborough and Rugby, but easier if you drive (Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits
Requirements for Salesforce Analyst & Administrator:
- Strong commercial experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Analyst roles
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect certifications, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
