Analyse intervention performance across customer, behavioural, operational and commercial outcomes
Use SQL to extract, transform and interrogate datasets supporting intervention decision-making
Build analytical views, dashboards or outputs to monitor intervention activity and effectiveness
Apply scenario analysis, optimisation or trade-off techniques to support prioritisation and decision-making
Evaluate alternative intervention strategies against agreed success measures and constraints
Support experimentation, measurement frameworks and post-implementation reviews
Identify data quality issues, unexpected trends and opportunities to improve intervention processes
Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders
Document assumptions, limitations and methods so outputs are transparent and repeatable

Requirements

Good SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets
Experience using data to answer business, operational or customer questions
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between competing objectives, constraints or outcomes
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding of KPIs, measurement frameworks and evidence-based decision-making
Comfort working with ambiguity and turning business questions into structured analysis
