Key Requirements:

IMI Level 4 EV Qualification (essential) Strong EV diagnostics and electrical systems knowledge Experience in workshop, technical support or field service environments Excellent fault-finding and case management skills Strong communication and customer support abilities Desirable: OEM, manufacturer or dealer network experience Technical Support Engineer or Field Engineer background Warranty, quality or technical helpdesk experience Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation What's on
