We re working with a global manufacturing organisation looking for a JDE specialist / super user to join their team in Leicester.
This is a hands‑on role supporting and improving JD Edwards Enterprise One, with a particular focus on Distribution.
Key Requirements- Strong JD Edwards Enterprise One experience
- JDE Distribution specialist / super user
- 5 years ERP / Business Analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of sales orders, shipping, pricing, inventory and invoicing
- Experience with JDE configuration and system improvements
- Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis skills
- Experience with Hubble / Reports Now
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with Service Now, OTRS or Jira
- JDE UDOs and Orchestrations desirable
- ITIL knowledge desirable
As a JD Edwards Business Analyst, you will:
- Act as the JDE Distribution subject matter expert
- Work closely with business users and IT teams
- Gather and translate business requirements
- Analyse processes and identify improvements
- Support JDE configuration and data migration
- Support testing, implementation and training
- Develop Hubble / Reports Now reports
- Support JDE UDOs and Orchestrations
- Assist with ERP projects, enhancements and integrations
- Provide L2/L3 functional support
- Maintain functional documentation
- 10% travel to the US

- Comfortable working with both users and technical teams
- Strong at problem solving and process improvement
- Organised and detail focused
- Confident managing multiple priorities
