This is a role for a commercially minded insurance professional who wants variety, autonomy and the opportunity to earn well on top of a solid base. Whether your background is in road risk and motor trade or property and liability, if you can build relationships, convert new business and manage accounts properly, this is worth a look.

Hybrid available post probation What you'll be doing Following up on inbound new business enquiries across commercial lines - motor trade, road risk, property and liability Fact finding, presenting solutions and converting enquiries into clients Managing the full account lifecycle from inception through to renewal Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of service Working as a key part of a close-knit, ambitious team What they're looking for Experience in commercial insurance - motor trade, road risk, property or liability considered Background in an account handling or executive position Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive, can-do attitude A strong communicator - confident on the phone and in writing Well organised, accurate and able to manage your own workload effectively A genuine people person who builds rapport with ease
