Family Solicitor

The firm is recognised by various legal publications for the calibre of its family law team, and this role is likely to suit a family solicitor or legal executive of between 2-4yr PQE or equivalent who will be comfortable advising on a range of privately-funded matters. You will have experience of, inter alia:
 
* Matrimonial, civil partnership and co-habitation disputes
 
* Financial remedy and ancillary relief
 
* Private Children matters
This is a great opening for an ambitious family lawyer looking to advise High Net Worth individuals and business owners, where the matters can often be complex and involve off-shore assets. You will be an experienced and self-starting family law specialist with experience of working with privately-paying clients of this nature, and will be looking to join a top-rated firm which offers clear paths for career development.
