Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, CLC Autonomy, Close knit team

A well established law firm is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its close-knit Leicester team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own caseload but still wants to work as part of a supportive team. The role offers a good quality and varied residential property caseload, plenty of autonomy and the support of conveyancing assistants.

There is also hybrid working following probation and an excellent holiday scheme, with the potential to earn up to 12 additional days' leave each year.

Looking for a conveyancing role where you can have autonomy without feeling like you are simply left to get on with it?

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release transactions
• Matrimonial transfers
• Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles
• Working closely with and providing support to conveyancing assistants
• Building relationships with clients and contacts across the local area

This is a genuine fee-earning role with the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while working within an established and supportive team.

You will ideally be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

• Experience independently managing a residential property caseload
• Good technical knowledge across sales and purchases
• Strong client care and communication skills
• The confidence to manage matters from instruction through to completion
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support more junior members of the team
