pladis is seeking a Head of Supply Operational Planning to lead end‑to‑end production planning across six sites and a central distribution centre in the UK. You will balance demand with capacity, optimise inventory, and achieve high service levels while controlling cost.
You will lead a team of Planning Managers, drive S&OP/IBP cycles, and collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial and Finance to align supply with market needs.
