Salary: £24,784.50 – £28,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours, 30-minute unpaid break)
About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join their Supply Chain team in Whetstone. This role focuses on goods receiving, stock control, and shipping, with full training provided.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are handled carefully, tracked accurately, and prepared to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on, varied role within a supportive and high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
 
* Receive materials and finished goods and update the ERP system.
 
* Maintain accurate stock records, traceability and conduct stock checks.
 
* Monitor production consumables and coordinate replenishment.
 
* Prepare, pack, label and document finished goods for shipment.
 
* Create shipments and arrange courier/freight collections.
 
* Monitor shipments and maintain shipping records.
 
* Prepare customer documentation and Certificates of Conformity.
 
* Process shipping orders and support customs documentation.
 
* Release work orders and distribute production paperwork.
 
* Support inspection requests, quality documentation and general stores duties.
 
* Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Planning, Suppliers and Customers.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
 
* Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics or supply chain.
 
* Experience with goods receiving, inventory and shipping.
 
* ERP system experience.
 
* Good Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
 
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
 
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
 
* Reliable, adaptable and proactive approach.
 
* Ability to follow procedures and handle products safely.
Desirable:
 
* Experience with packing and preparing goods for shipment.
 
* Manufacturing or production experience.
 
* Customs or shipping documentation experience.
 
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
Training & Development
Full training will be provided, with initial shadowing and gradual responsibility. You will gain exposure to the end-to-end supply chain process and develop your skills across shipping, inventory, goods-in, purchasing, quality and customer documentation.

Additional Information
