Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a Housing Maintenance Assistant to support maintenance across Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. The role is full-time, permanent, with a salary up to £28,000 including £2,000 car allowance, and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will complete minor repairs, carry out routine maintenance, liaise with contractors, and keep records, contributing to safe, clean communal spaces and a positive living environment for residents.
