Heathlands Care Home in Chingford is seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep the home safe, well maintained and fully operational at all times. This hands-on role involves repairs, inspections, installations and general upkeep across the building and grounds.
You will work with the Home Manager to plan maintenance, support compliance checks and coordinate contractors, ensuring all work meets health and safety standards and contributes to a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
