Mitie, the UK facilities management leader, is looking for a Multi Skilled Technician (Mech Bias) to join the Estates team at Royal Victoria Hospital, Newcastle, with cover at Freeman Hospital. You will perform operation, maintenance and building services to meet contractual obligations.
You'll carry out HVAC maintenance, fault finding and repairs, using your multiskilled knowledge while ensuring safety and compliance across the hospital estate. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.
