ATA Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for a Leicestershire FMCG site. You will lead a compact, multi-skilled maintenance team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and drive improvements across machinery and lines.
The role offers earnings around £61,018 per year, private healthcare, a generous pension, 25 days holiday, EV scheme, and ongoing training including external qualifications. You will work Sunday to Thursday (22:00–06:00) in a chilled environment.
