Maintenance / Premises Officer - Leicester (Temp to Perm)
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance / Premises Officer to work within a school in Leicester on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Immediate start available
Requirements:
- Valid Enhanced DBS
- Previous maintenance or premises experience is desirable
- Reliable and able to work independently
Key Duties:
- Day-to-day maintenance and premises duties
- Fire alarm testing and checks
- Water hygiene checks
- Health & safety inspections
- General building and site checks
- Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well maintained
