Leicester Pay: £12.71 per hour (Days)

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

Hours:

6:00am6:00pm

The Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join a busy site in Leicester.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for keeping large industrial machinery, equipment and working areas clean and maintained to a high standard.

The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, is physically fit and isn't afraid of getting stuck in. You will be working as part of a team to ensure the site remains clean, safe and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out thorough cleaning of large industrial machinery and equipment

Clean production areas, floors and surrounding work spaces

Remove dirt, dust and build-up from machinery

Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly

Follow cleaning schedules and site procedures

Ensure machinery and work areas are cleaned to a high standard

Report any damage, faults or safety concerns to management

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Follow all health and safety procedures and wear the required PPE

About You

Previous industrial, factory or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential

Comfortable working around large machinery

Physically fit and able to carry out a hands-on role

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Good attention to detail

Able to work as part of a team

Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

Willing to work both days and nights on a rolling basis
