Location:

- Supervise, support, train and develop the cleaning team.
- Maintain high cleaning, customer service and quality standards.
- Manage staffing, absence, holidays, uniforms and stock.
- Ensure schedules, SLAs and Health & Safety/QHSE procedures are followed.
- Resolve operational issues and escalation concerns where required.
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager, onsite team and other stakeholders.
- Be flexible with duties and hours to meet business needs. Previous cleaning and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and to schedule.
- Reliable, hardworking and committed to excellent service.
- A positive approach to continuous improvement.
