About the RoleReporting to the Director of Digital & Assets, the Project & Transformation Lead will manage a wide-ranging portfolio of business and digital transformation projects. A key initial responsibility will be leading the successful implementation, integration, and optimisation of our new HRIS, ensuring it is fully embedded across all directorates and aligned with best practice and regulatory expectations.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong project leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change in a complex, multi-site organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading organisation-wide business change and transformation projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Driving the full lifecycle of the HRIS implementation, including integration, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Estates, and Quality.
- Establishing and maintaining strong project governance, reporting frameworks, risk management, and communication channels.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes, efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
- Supporting cultural, workforce, and organisational development initiatives to embed new ways of working.
- Demonstrable experience initiating, leading, and delivering organisation-wide projects, including HRIS implementation.
- Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience in multi-site, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence influencing at all levels.
- High degree of digital literacy and confidence working with systems, data, and process mapping.
- Experience in healthcare, social care, or similarly regulated sectors (desirable).
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive momentum.
