Vertu SKODA Leicester is seeking an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to lead our high‑performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest and most successful motor retail groups.

We are ideally looking for candidates with VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) experience, although this is not essential. Current experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the motor trade is highly desirable.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Aftersales team, including Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
  • Drive departmental performance, profitability and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control costs in line with business plans
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and Group processes
  • Maintain a safe, productive and compliant working environment
  • Coach, develop and motivate colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure accurate customer data capture and high‑quality customer communication
  • Implement and maintain processes that deliver customer satisfaction above the national manufacturer average
What we are looking for
  • Proven success in an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager role within the motor trade
  • Ideally VAG experience, though not essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive growth and performance
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
