Salary: c.£40–60k depending on experience

We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join Tuk In Foods at an exciting stage of growth.

This is a pivotal role for the business, ideal for someone who wants to be closely involved in decision-making and play an active part in shaping how the business grows. You’ll be responsible for ensuring strong financial control, delivering clear insight, and supporting the leadership team with high-quality analysis and advice.

This is not a back-office role — you’ll be at the heart of the business.

• Own the day-to-day financial management of the business
• Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
• Work closely with the leadership team to support growth initiatives
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
• Act as a key point of contact with external accountants and advisors

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Qualified or part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferred
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to see beyond the numbers
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing business
• Confident communicator who can challenge and support stakeholders
