The RoleWe are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join Tuk In Foods at an exciting stage of growth.
This is a pivotal role for the business, ideal for someone who wants to be closely involved in decision-making and play an active part in shaping how the business grows. You’ll be responsible for ensuring strong financial control, delivering clear insight, and supporting the leadership team with high-quality analysis and advice.
This is not a back-office role — you’ll be at the heart of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Own the day-to-day financial management of the business
- Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
- Work closely with the leadership team to support growth initiatives
- Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Act as a key point of contact with external accountants and advisors
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Qualified or part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to see beyond the numbers
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing business
- Confident communicator who can challenge and support stakeholders
- Enjoys improving processes and building scalable systems
