Local Business Manager

Overview

• Originating and developing relationships with new and existing business customers to acquire, keep and grow our deposit and lending portfolio.
• Collaborating with internal colleagues to provide excellent support and services for our business customers.
• Organising events for new and existing customers to network and explore what Metro Bank has to offer.
• Reviewing new account applications with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and protect customers and the bank from risk.
• Working with the store’s Local Director to coach and support colleagues in delivering outstanding service to business banking customers.
