Overview
My client, a leading house builder, are currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager. They are seeking someone with similar experience working for a notable house builder.
Responsibilities- Leading, motivating, and managing site teams and subcontractors
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence
- Driving both short-term and long-term programme planning
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing inspections, snagging, temporary works, logistics and handovers
- Ensuring all building control, warranty and statutory approvals are secured
- Maintaining strong communication with residents and neighbouring properties
- Supporting aftercare and warranty work for recently completed units.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager delivering residential schemes
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-phase developments
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and health & safety standards
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
