Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of General Managers across a designated area.
- Manage performance through effective leadership, fostering accountability and ownership.
- Communicate clearly and transparently, ensuring a culture of open dialogue.
- Drive a customer‑centric approach, influencing sales performance and satisfaction.
- Oversee health and safety standards, compliance, and day‑to‑day operational processes.
- Proactively lead initiatives for continuous improvement and team development.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing KPIs and driving positive outcomes.
