• Lead and inspire a team of General Managers across a designated area.
• Manage performance through effective leadership, fostering accountability and ownership.

• Oversee health and safety standards, compliance, and day‑to‑day operational processes.

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing KPIs and driving positive outcomes.
