The successful candidate will oversee a large cleaning team, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining a welcoming and immaculate environment for visitors, tenants, and stakeholders. With several retail fit outs currently taking place across the site, the role will also play a key part in maintaining standards during ongoing development activity.
YOURKEYRESPONSIBILITIES…- Manageandleadalargeon-sitecleaningandsoftservicesteam.
- Providestrongleadership,coaching,anddevelopmenttoteammembers.
- Maintainexceptionalcleaningstandardsacrossallpublicandback-of-house areas.
- Supportthesiteduringongoingretailunitfit-outs,ensuringcleanlinessandsafetystandardsaremaintainedthroughout.
- Workcloselywiththewider Facilities Managementteamtoensuresmoothday -to-day operations.
- Manage rotas,staffing levels,performance management,and training.
- Monitorservicedeliverythroughinspections,audits,andKPItracking.
- Ensurecompliancewithallhealth&safety,environmental,andoperationalprocedures.
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithtenants,contractors,and stakeholders.
- Provenexperiencemanagingcleaningoperationswithinalarge,complex environment(shopping centres,retail destinations,airports,hospitals,orsimilar).
- Strongknowledgeof
Facilities Management
andsoftservicesoperations. - Demonstratedexperienceleadingandmotivatinglargeteams.
- Excellentorganisationalandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomaintainhighstandardsinabusyenvironment,particularlyduringrefurbishmentorfit-outworks.
- Strong problem-solvingskillsandaproactiveapproachtoservicedelivery.
- Knowledgeofhealth&safetyregulationswithinfacilitiesorcleaningoperations.
