** We are seeking an experienced and strategic
** Programme Manager
** to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple interconnected projects across minerals extraction and plant development programmes.

This senior position plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of large-scale capital programmes that align with long-term business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including functional managers, engineers, suppliers, contractors, and senior leadership.###
** Programme Leadership & Strategy
*** Provide leadership, direction, and strategic guidance across all capital investment programme projects.
* Develop and maintain a multi-year capital and operational expenditure plan aligned with authorised budgets.
* Identify, manage, and optimise interdependencies across projects to maximise efficiency and reduce risk.
* Establish programme goals, timelines, and milestones; monitor overall progress to ensure effective delivery.###
** Stakeholder & Team Management
*** Act as the primary interface with senior internal stakeholders, clients, local authorities, and contractors.
* Lead and guide project teams, offering coaching and mentorship to support successful delivery.
* Coordinate resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal performance.

** Financial Oversight & Risk Management

* Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-pound CAPEX budgets.
