Home Manager – Residential Care Home

Linq are partnered with a well established care provider who are looking for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead one of their residential services in Kent.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of care delivery, compliance, staffing, and resident wellbeing in a warm and supportive environment.

The organisation will provide extensive support to those who come on board with their journey, all they ask is that candidates share the same passion as them!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the home meets all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
• Lead and develop a strong team of care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and person-centred care.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including care planning, staffing, budgets, and audits.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies.
• Promote continuous improvement in care quality and operational performance.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
