Leicester Volvo is a trusted name in automotive excellence, known for delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality vehicles. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Valeter & Team Leader to join our team and lead our valeting operations.

The Role:

As Valeter & Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, while also managing a small team of valeters. This is a hands‑on role that combines leadership with operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the valeting team
  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to showroom standards
  • Manage workflow and allocate tasks efficiently
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Liaise with sales, service and rental departments to coordinate vehicle preparation
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in vehicle valeting (essential)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

    Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and team spirit
